Chase Asia Public Company Limited was established in 1998 (and was registered as a public company in 2022) through the collaboration of executives committed to working as a team, with the primary objective of providing excellent services in debt collection and recovery for both financial institutions and non-financial companies. In addition, the company also offers comprehensive litigation services.
On February 21, 2023, Chase Asia was officially listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) under the ticker symbol "CHASE".
Chase Asia Public Company Limited operates two businesses as following.
- Debt collection business, the Group provides debt collection service including litigation services to the Employer, the Group’s service fee will be based on the agreed rate with the Employer – a percentage to total collected amount which is subject to level of complexity in debt collection.
- Asset management business, purchases and receives the transfer of both secured and unsecured non-performing assets from financial institutions and non-financial institutionss, in order for the Group to collect debt for repayment.
- Resolution Way Co., Ltd. (“RWAY”) - Personal loan business under BOT’s regulation, and acceptance of transfer of nonperforming assets from financial and nonfinancial institutions
- CF Asia Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“CFAM”) - Management of nonperforming assets from acceptance of transfer of non-performing assets under the Emergency Decree on Asset Management Company
- COURTS Megastore (Thailand) Co., Ltd. (“COURTS”) - Loan business under the Civil and Commercial Code

The Company has the policy to pay dividends to shareholders at the rate of not less than 40 percent of net profit after tax on the basis of standalone financial statements and after legal reserves as defined by the laws and the articles of association. The said rate of dividend payment may be changed. Payment of dividends is subject to the Company's financial conditions, operating results, liquidity, cashflow, working capital required for business operation and reserves for business expansion, economic conditions, conditions and restrictions provided under relevant agreements and other factors in relation to business operations of the Company as deemed appropriate by the Board of Directors and/or the shareholders of the Company.
The annual dividend payments must be approved at the Shareholders’ Meeting. However, the Board of Directors has the authority to approve an interim dividend payment on a periodical basis when the Board of Directors believe that the Company has sufficient profits to do so and will report such payments to the shareholders at the following Shareholders’ Meeting.
